Our Mechanical team provides cost effective, practical and energy efficient designs for building heating, ventilation and air conditioning. We have experience in a broad range of buildings from small installations such as houses and close control storage areas through to large commercial buildings, schools and care facilities.

In addition to the above we work on projects providing BCA section J compliance advice, temperature and airflow modelling looking at the effect of ventilation openings and supply air distribution.

The Electrical Engineers at Northrop provide a design service which strives to provide solutions which meet or exceed client expectations and are value for money, meanwhile minimising impact on the environment and maximising occupant environment quality. Our expertise cover a range of areas including:-

• Data and Communications design, specialising in structured cabling and MATV design
• Energy efficient lighting designs and control schemes;
• Power reticulation, protection and metering;

Our Hydraulic Engineers use innovation and knowledge of the ever changing industry to achieve the highest standard in design. We have a vast amount of experience in sustainable urban design; particularly rain water and grey water reuse systems.
