Uniting Bowden Brae
Uniting Bowden Brae is an independent living village positioned in the leafy green suburb of Normanhurst on the upper north shore, conveniently located in close proximity to the the M1 and M2. This facility is a significant development for UnitingCare Ageing, involving a redevelopment of their existing site on Pennant Hills Road in Normanhurst. Northrop have been working closely with the client and the design team to maximise the site yield and overcome the significant site falls to achieve development suitable for aged care.
To date Northrop has helped the client achieve Development Application approval for the overall site masterplan and are currently working on stage one of three of the development.
