Goodman’s Port Botany Industrial Estate Toll Priority and Speculative Warehouse
This project comprises two large 20,000sqm warehouse industrial estate were one in collaboration with Richard Crookes Construction, Goodman and Toll. In addition to the warehouses, there were four commercial office buildings, a complex conveyer system for package handling, staff parking and a gate house.
Northrop provided the most competitive structural design to win the project. The steel framing was economical and the pavement slab simple and quick to build to facilitate Toll’s requirements.
With this effective close collaboration in engineering, we have enabled Toll to build their warehouse and better service their client’s needs.
