Northrop began working on this project since 2016, providing civil engineering services for the proposed 19 Lot subdivision which was to be completed in two stages.  Our work involved the documentation of the bulk earthworks, road design, stormwater quantity and quality for the development.

While working on the project, the subdivision layout changed to work together with the downstream property to combine the infrastructure of both sites.  We collaborated with Council and the neighbouring site to minimise ‘temporary’ roads, stormwater pipes, retaining walls and general infrastructure.  This resulted in two separate developments working together with Council to minimise wasted material, labour, and time by eliminating the need for temporary works.
