Following six years with a firm of Consulting Engineers in Ireland, Stephen joined Northrop in January 2000 as a structural design engineer. Stephen's responsibilites encompass all aspects of managing the structural group in Sydney, including new business development, client accout management, recruitment and quality control. Stephen also liasies with clients and other consultants through the design, documentation and construction phases of a wide range of projects. Stephen is passioante about sustainable design and is one of leaders of the 'green movement' taking place within the Northrop Group.
