Neil started with Northrop as a graduate in 1989 and established the Newcastle office. With a sound appreciation of client expectations, Neil works closely with architects, builders and developers. His business acumen and expertise as a senior structural engineer has propelled Northrop's reputation throughout Newcastle and Hunter region. He also has responsibility for overseeing Northrop's Central Coast office.
