Kevan joined Northrop Engineers in 2002 as a Senior Civil Engineer. With over 30 years experience Kevan has acquired substantial experience in civil engineering design management and construction management (incorporating contract documentation and administration). His particular interests and experience includes civil infrastructure works to support land development, sewer and water supply infrastructure and coordination, project coordination, authority consultation and construction.
