Graduate Development Program

As a Northrop Graduate, you will be part of the graduate development program "Northrop University". Northrop University has been established as an internal curriculum in conjunction with Engineers Australia Professional Development Program to assist our recent graduates with the development of their skills required to become a competent and responsible engineer hence gaining Chartered Status (CPEng).
