Celebrating Excellence | Standout Projects of 2023

As 2023 comes to an end, we're reflecting on some of the projects that have left us feeling especially proud.

These achievements are a testament to our collective ingenuity, shared commitment to excellence and the great collaborations we've enjoyed this year.

Here's just some of the standout projects from 2023:

The Yards | First 6 Star Industrial Precinct GSC Rating in Australia

The Yards is the first industrial estate in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating – the highest rating possible. The estate sets a new benchmark for resilience, community engagement, carbon emissions reduction, connection with country, creating community, active and healthy living, and much more in the industrial space. This achievement was not possible without the creation of partnerships and great collaboration with Frasers Property Industrial, Aware Real Estate, and the whole project team. This integration is key to delivering projects of this calibre with ambitious sustainability outcomes, and we are look forward to continue to be part of them.
